Peace be upon you, today we are going to learn 5 new words. It was from SAT exercises that I have done for the last 3 hours ago. There are so many words that I don't recognise and know the meaning. Maybe these words might help me in SAT exam soon.

1. Languid- moving slowly in a n elegant manner, not needing energy or effort

Ex: Afiqah moved languidly across the room because she impressed with the decoration that hung due to the coronation day.

2. Resilient- able to feel better quickly after sth unpleasant such as shock, injury

Ex: He will get over it- young people are amazingly resilient

3. Omnipotent- able to do anything, totally in power

Ex: As a muslim, I believe that Allah is omnipotent God in this entire world

4. Contemptuous- showing  or feeling that you have no respect for sb/sth

Syn: scornful
Ex: She gave him a contemptuous look because he was a pervet

5. Whimsical- unusual and not serious in a way that is either amusing or annoying

Ex: Much of his writing has a whimsical quality.
